The Hotel Nikopolis Thessaloniki can handle business meetings, seminars, congresses and social events of all kinds for up to 1.000 people. The Ballroom (415m²) can accommodate 350 people theatre-style, is decorated in warm shades of pale wood, has natural light, broadloom carpeting, elegant wood and leather paneling, automatic lighting, air conditioning, sound-proofing, and a view of the pool and waterfalls. It can also be divided into 3 separate rooms, each fully soundproofed, and with its own independent entrance, to handle smaller meetings and events. Ballrooms Α, Β and C open onto the Foyer, the perfect place for coffee breaks and welcome drinks for up to 150 people. The glassed-in Atrium (465m²) is an indoor space that feels as though it is part of the surrounding gardens outside. It can accommodate up to 600 people theatre-style, and is the perfect setting for business lunches, formal dinners and elegant receptions. It is soundproofed, air-conditioned and naturally lit, has a hardwood floor, audio-visual equipment and independent entrance. It also has drive-in access for car dealership presentations. The Alpha room (100m²), with its reception area, mahogany conference table, leather chairs, Plasma TV, sound systems and fully equipped secretarial services office with computer, fax, printer and Internet connection, is ideal for private meetings of up to 20 people. It also has its own terrace for coffee breaks and its own (men’s and women’s) washrooms. The connecting Omega (100m²) and Kappa (40m²) rooms can be thrown together or used individually for meetings, demonstrations and seminars of up to 54 people each. Audio-visual equipment is available as required, and both rooms have terraces and natural light.
